King Of Comedy is my personal favorite Scorsese film. Don't ask me why. Just one of those movies where I feel everything works...Script, acting, direction etc... Few actors will ever top or come close to the genius that is Robert De Niro's portrayal of Ruper Pupkin. And Jerry Lewis gives a truly underrated performance as Jerry Langford.

This is personal favorite list for Scorsese:

1. King Of Comedy
2. New York Stories - Life Lessons Segment
3. Casino
4. Mean Streets
5. Goodfellas
6. Cape Fear
7. Color Of Money
8. After Hours

Interesting list - I guess you don't go with the canonical evaluation of his work? I'd like to hear more.
